Estate Debts

Bills, big and small, can pour in after a loved one's death. As the executor, you're responsible for paying them--but there are some debts you may sensibly decide not to pay. And if there's not enough money to go around, you must be careful to follow state law when you decide who gets paid and who is out of luck.
